JANE FRASER AND HANNAH BERNARD NAMED IN KING’ S HONOUR LIST

Two premier female finance executives have been recognised in the King’ s Birthday Honours List for their systemic contributions to financial services and economic equity.

Jane Fraser, Chair and CEO of Citigroup: Awarded Dame Commander of the British Empire( DBE). Famously the first female CEO in Wall Street history( appointed 2021, Chair 2025), Jane leads a banking giant managing nearly US $ 6tn in daily financial flows. Her ongoing enterprise strategy focuses on operational excellence, modernisation and empathy.

Hannah Bernard, Group Director of Business Banking at Nationwide: Awarded Commander of the Order of the British Empire( CBE). In addition to steering Nationwide’ s business strategy, Hannah is a critical driver of the UK Government-appointed Invest in Women Taskforce( backed by HM Treasury). The initiative aims to build the world’ s largest funding pools for female-led businesses and scale support ecosystems for women entrepreneurs across the financial sector.
