She has fused its strategy, consulting, technology, operations and Song units into a single division called Reinvention Services, at a cost of US $ 923m in restructuring charges, and installed Manish Sharma as Accenture’ s first Chief Services Officer. The bet is that clients want reinvention faster than a traditional consulting model can deliver.“ Our clients need more value faster, and Accenture is their reinvention partner of choice,” says Julie. With around 784,000 people, the firm is retraining its workforce at scale, and Fortune reports that promotions are now tied to AI fluency.
