Chris is Executive Vice President and CFO at Visa, having assumed the role in August 2023 after serving as CFO designate from 10 July 2023. He succeeded Vasant Prabhu, who departed in September 2023 after 23 years at the company. Chris joined Visa from Electronic Arts( EA), where he served as Executive Vice President and CFO from March 2022 to June 2023. Before EA, Chris spent more than 26 years at Microsoft in a range of senior finance roles, including Corporate Vice President and CFO of the Cloud + AI division from 2018 to 2022, and Head of Investor Relations from 2013 to 2018. Earlier in his career, he worked at PwC from 1992 to 1996. Chris holds a BA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Washington and an MBA from the University of Washington’ s Michael G. Foster School of Business.
